tsunami

If a tsunami hit the east coast of Canada could it travel down the St Lawrence and become far worse ? I know that tsunamis don't normally hit Canada, I'm doing some quick research for a short sci-fi story I want to write. Mainly I want to know how badly Quebec City and Montreal would be if the tsunami got funneled down the St Lawrence. A tsunami of roughly 200 feet high by the time it hits the shore.
